After months of being the talk of the town, Market Basket at Rock Row is opening Friday. The the 80,000-square-foot Westbrook store, the second Market Basket in the state, features a sit-down kitchen and cafe and specialty departments such as a bakery, seafood counter and butcher shop. COVID-19 precautions include extra cleaning, glass shields at service counters, one-way aisles and limited customer capacity. The store has created 320 new jobs in the city.
