I just received my first dose of COVID vaccine today. What an experience!
It was like “All hands on deck!” Very impressive – and emotional – to me. There was a steady stream of people arriving for their vaccinations and a steady stream of people leaving after having received them. All directed, checked in, processed, vaccinated, hand-held and checked out by a small army of hardworking health professionals and volunteers. A small army … of my neighbors.
I can’t express how fortunate and grateful I am to live in this wonderful state, in this great country.
