2/18 at 11 p.m. Wandalee Rondon, 36, of Bronx, New York, was arrested on High Street by Officer Kevin Santora on a charge of operating under the influence. Rondon was also issued a summons on a charge of driving to endanger.

2/26 at 12:07 p.m. Ivey Rand, 21, of Dikes Landing, was arrested on Vine Street by Officer Devin Hook on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
