FREEPORT —  Abby Carpenter hit a home run and a double, while Camdyn Johnson threw a two-hitter with 11 strikeouts and no walks as the Morse softball team beat Freeport 12-0 in six innings Friday.

Brooke Kulis reached base four times and scored three runs.

Morse improves to 2-1, while Freeport falls to 0-6.

 

 

BASEBALL

 

LISBON 10, MT. ABRAM 2: Ethan Brown had a pair of doubles and had four RBIs to lead the Greyhounds to a win over the Roadrunners in Lisbon.

Levi Tibbetts smacked a double for Lisbon (3-1).

Kenyon Pissbury scored on a passed ball for Mt. Abram.
