The Dance Hall in Kittery kicks off its Concerts by the Bridge series with a performance by the Bucket List Jazz Band. They’re an energetic jazz/fusion outfit and you’ll hear a mix of standards, ’70s tunes and songs by contemporary jazz artists like Kamasi Washington. Bring a blanket or lawn chair.

The Ogunquit Playhouse launches its patio cabaret series with a weekend of shows by “Million Dollar Quartet” cast member Nat Zegree. Book a two- or four-top table on the vintage patio for one of four performances. Other artists performing this season include Diana Huey, F. Michael Haynie, Nicole Vanessa Ortiz and Kyle Taylor Parker. Each guest receives a complimentary beverage, so you can raise a glass to live music.

New York’s Upstate is the quartet of Dean Mahoney, Mary Webster, Harry D’Agostino and Melanie Green, and they’ll be taking the stage in Portland on Sunday for a pair of outdoor shows. You’ll hear an array of Americana, jazz, gospel and R&B, and your ears will be treated to some wonderful vocal harmonies. Upstate released “Healing” in 2019. Their debut is 2015’s “Remedy.”
