I recently read an Associated Press article about people hesitating, or refusing, to get vaccinated for COVID-19 (“Big gaps in vaccine rates across the U.S. worry health experts,” May 20).
One of those interviewed for the article was quoted as saying he was concerned about how safe the vaccine might be. His statement came while he was waiting to buy cigarettes. Isn’t that ironic?
