PORTLAND – Andrew A. Cadot, 76, died recently after succumbing to the effects of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was born in Wilmington, Del. in 1945, second son of Henry Meade Cadot of Richmond, Va. and Agnes Allinson of West Chester, Pa.
