Remijo Wani scored 26 points as the Deering boys’ basketball team handed Edward Little just its second loss of the season, beating the Eddies 64-59 on Tuesday night.

The victory was the 100th career win for Deering Coach Todd Wing

Max Chikuta added 15 points for the Rams (3-8).

John Shea had 22 points for Edward Little (10-2)and Marshal Adams had 18.

LEWISTON 64, PORTLAND 44: Malik Foster scored nine points in the first half as the Devils (9-3) jumped out to a nine-point lead in the first half and beat the Bulldogs (8-4) in Lewiston.

Foster finished with 19 points for Lewiston. David Omosombo added 14 points and Eli Bigelow had 12. Wani Donato had 14 points and Pitia Donato 11 for Portland.

SOUTH PORTLAND 57, SCARBOROUGH 24: Jaelen Jackson scored 13 of his 22 points in the third quarter as South Portland (13-1) put away the Red Storm (0-10) in Scarborough.

The Red Riots used a 25-10 run in the third to open a 50-22 lead.

Nate Glidden led Scarborough with seven points.

WESTBROOK 57, BIDDEFORD 52: Tyler Hethcoat scored eight of his game-high 22 points in the fourth quarter as the Blue Blazes (3-7)  held off the Tigers (3-7) in Biddeford.

Kolbyn Dunphe had six of his 11 points in the fourth when Westbrook outscored Biddeford 19-16 after leading 38-36 after three quarters. Ben Eugley had eight points.

Kyle Dion had 14 points, Julius Silva had 13 points and Jacob Landry finished with 11 for Biddeford.

GORHAM 63, BONNY EAGLE 46: Ashton Leclerc had 20 first-half points to lead the Rams (5-8) to a 43-22 halftime advantage in their win over the Scots (6-5) in Gorham.

Leclerc drained eight 3-pointers and finished with 32 points for Gorham. Gabe Michaud added nine points and seven assists.

Eliot Bouchard and Terrell Edwards led Bonny Eagle with 15 points apiece.

MARSHWOOD 59, NOBLE 25:  Aiden Sullivan scored 12 of his 17 points in the second quarter as Marshwood (8-3) opened a 31-11 halftime lead against Noble (0-10) in North Berwick.

Jared Dumont led Noble with six points on a pair of 3-pointers.

CHEVERUS 63, WINDHAM 38:  Seth Huntington scored 26 points, including five 3-pointers, as the Stags (5-4) downed the Eagles (2-9) in Windham.

Nick Manning had 10 points, while Silvano Ismail and Giovanni St. Onge followed with seven apiece for Cheverus.

Nick Garrison had 13 points and Creighty Dickson had nine for Windham.

FALMOUTH 90, BRUNSWICK 46: The Navigators (8-2) took control from the start, leading 31-2 after the first quarter and 61-19 at halftime on the way to defeating the Dragons (2-9) in Brunswick.

Jack Stowell led the Navigators with 30 points, including five 3-pointers; Brady Coyne added 22 points. Trevor Gerrish led Brunswick with 10 points.

LAKE REGION 83, CAPE ELIZABETH 75: Noah Duprey scored 41 points to lift the Lakers (7-5) over the Capers (7-6) in Cape Elizabeth.

Jacob Stone had 13 points. Brock Gibbons and Jacob Chadbourne added 11 points apiece.

Evan Reeves scored 24 points for Cape Elizabeth. Jake Frame had 23.

GREELY 57, POLAND 54: Timothy Walker scored 21 points as the Rangers (5-5) edged the Knights (5-7) in Poland.

Dee Martin Coyne had 14 points followed by Andrew St. Hilaire with nine for Greely.

Hunter Gibson had 20 points, John Patenaude added 14 and Joseph Levesue had 10 for Poland.

WELLS 52, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 40: Devin Brown finished with 18 points and nine rebounds to help the Warriors (6-7) earn a home victory against the Raiders (4-7).

Wells led 14-10 after the first quarter, then used a 15-6 run to open a 29-16 halftime lead.

Connor Woodward added six points, six assists and five rebounds for Wells. Ben Vlug led Fryeburg with 11 points.

PINE TREE ACADEMY 51, NORTH HAVEN 20: The Breakers (3-6) took a 20-0 lead in the first quarter and beat the Hawks (0-7) in Freeport

David Knowles had 11 points, while Silas Yeaton added nine for Pine Tree Academy.

Jonathan Brown had eight points for North Haven.

ST. DOMINIC 86, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 16: Gabe Carey scored 18 points as the Saints (8-2) beat the Guardians (3-5) in Auburn.

Michael Stowe had 15 points and Noah Cyr added 10 for St. Dominic.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 73, CAMDEN HILLS 71: Patrick McKenney scored 24 points, including 10 in the first quarter as the Panthers (10-3) built a 20-14 lead and topped the Windjammers (4-4) in Waldoboro.

Trevor Brown had 20 points for Medomak Valley, while Jake Bickmore added 11.

Hunter Norton had 23 points to lead Camden Hills, while Westen Dewaard contributed 16 points and Aidan O’Connell added 11.
