Dimitri Michaud

Gorham Savings Bank has hired Dimitri Michaud as its new chief operating officer. Michaud, of Kennebunkport, brings nearly two decades of experience in business strategy and operations from leadership roles in the public and private sectors. Michaud was previously chief operating officer for HealthInfoNet. He also has served as director of strategy and planning for disability insurance provider Unum and deputy commissioner of finance for the state of Maine.

Alyssa Curit

Alyssa Curit has been promoted to account coordinator for Strategic Talent Management in Brunswick. Curit is pursuing a master’s degree in business psychology.

Nick Battista

The Island Institute in Rockland has promoted Nick Battista to chief policy officer. Battista previously served as senior policy officer.

Jane Stack

Gorham Savings Bank has named Jane Stack as chief financial officer. Stack, of Windham, was most recently senior vice president, controller, where she oversaw and led the finance, accounting, accounts payable, and proof departments. She joined the bank in 1996 as a teller in Gorham.

Daniel Wildes has been named president of Fairfield-based Sheridan Construction Corp. Wildes also has assumed ownership of the Sheridan companies. He previously served as senior vice president, managing construction operations since 1989.

Eric Doyon has been promoted to senior vice president, manager of business loans and services. Doyon joined the bank in 2004 and has held various positions including vice president, business credit department manager and credit officer.

Jeff St. Laurent has been promoted to senior vice president, retail lending manager. St. Laurent joined the lending team 15 years ago.

Chad Boucher has been named vice president, financial operations manager. Boucher became part of the bank’s accounting department in 2017 as associate vice president, financial operations manager.

Mike Gauthier has been promoted to assistant vice president, information technology manager. Gauthier, who joined the bank two years ago, has 14 years of IT experience, including five years in the financial industry.

Madeleine Hill, designated broker for Roxanne York Real Estate on Bailey Island, has been named 2022 president of the Maine Association of Realtors. Hill has 15 years of real estate experience throughout the midcoast area.

Chris Cimino

Chris Cimino has been named board chair. Cimino, of Falmouth, has served as board vice president since 2019. He is executive vice president for C.M. Cimino Realty Inc. in Westbrook. He has over 25 years of management and board expertise.

Angie Helton

Angie Helton founded Northeast Media Associates, a multimedia public relations firm, in 2006. Helton and her team have consistently met and exceeded the goals of their clients, including the FBI, Wex, American Hot Rod Foundation, Whole Oceans and Institute for Family-Owned Business.

Barbee Gilman

Barbee Gilman has a background in marketing and consulting. Prior to starting a family, she worked for Cadbury-Schweppes in new product development and in marketing for Disney’s home video division.

Reggie Parson

Reggie Parson is currently a senior legislative aide and policy analyst for the speaker of the Maine House of Representatives. He lives in Portland and is vice chair of the Police Citizens Review Subcommittee in Portland.

Emmanuel Mutshaila

Emmanuel Mutshaila is in his final year as a mechanical engineering student at the University of Southern Maine. As a former club member, he joined the board as part of the young alumni board inclusion program.
