Genevieve Fullilove is a Practice Director with the finance and accounting – permanent placement practice at global talent solutions firm Robert Half. She has been with the company since 2007 and serves the Portland market. Genevieve has been a consistent top performer within the company and has held multiple leadership roles during her tenure.

She is passionate about helping people in their career journeys and enjoys working with both clients and candidates. Active in the community, Genevieve sat on the board of directors for the local Institute of Management Accountants (2008 – 2016) and has volunteered with both Portland Adult Education and Junior Achievement. She lives in Scarborough with her husband, six-year-old son and two rescue dogs.

 

Julie Alig, PhD, founder and CEO of JLA Analytics.

Dr. Julie Alig brings clarity to chaos for business owners. Using their data and her analytics, she helps them better understand their customers and employees, get answers to the questions no one seems able to figure out, and ultimately improve the bottom line. She earned her doctorate in Political Science at the University of Chicago, and worked in higher ed administration for 20 years doing data science, projections and surveys before starting her consulting company. Now she brings those same sorts of tools to clients including HR departments, manufacturers, and service providers. A native of Cincinnati, Julie lives in Manchester, NH with her husband and two teens. When she’s not crunching numbers, Julie loves playing jazz and blues tunes on her Gibson.
