SCARBOROUGH — Scarborough Public Works have collaborated with Saco, Old Orchard Beach, and Biddeford to host Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days for a number of years.

Scarborough Public Works is again taken part in a collaborative, multi-town opportunity to safely dispose of household hazardous waste materials with the communities of Biddeford and Saco. This is a free service and residents of  Scarborough, Biddeford, Saco and Old Orchard Beach municipalities may take their hazardous waste to events in each of the communities. 

The next event is being held in Saco on Saturday, July 9, from 8 a.m. to noon at 15 Phillips Spring Road. Biddeford will hold an event in that city on Saturday, Sept 10, from 8 a.m. to noon at 371 Hill St. Scarborough held an event earlier this year.
