Ashe is the moniker for singer-songwriter Ashlyn Rae Wilson, who first drew attention for the 2019 tune “Moral of the Story.” The piano ballad was featured in the Netflix film “To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You” and has racked up more than 415 million streams on Spotify. Ashe released her debut full-length album “Ashlyn” last year and a handful of other tunes before that. Her “Is It Me Or Is It Hot” tour pulls into Portland, with indie-folker Adam Melchor as the opening act.

The Brothers Brothers

You can’t get much better close harmonies than from identical twins – case in point, Adam and Davis Moss, better known as The Brothers Brothers. They’ve been singing together since early childhood and released their first EP in 2017. Here’s a chance to hear their harmonies yourself in Portland, as they sing several tracks from their forthcoming album “Cover to Cover,” home to tunes by James Taylor, The Revelers, Tom T. Hall, Richard Thompson and Jackson Browne, among others.

Shamarr Allen

New Orleans trumpeter Shamarr Allen and his band will be taking the stage in Rockland on Saturday. Allen brings his sound to Maine from the Lower 9th Ward of The Big Easy, and his music encompasses jazz, hip-hop, funky rhythms, blues and country. Through the years, Allen has played around the world and has collaborated with the likes of Willie Nelson, Pattie LaBelle and Harry Connick Jr. Allen is also a former member of the legendary Rebirth Brass Band.
