Maine Behavioral Healthcare has named Nadine Grosso as director of communications and public affairs. Grosso has served as vice president and director of communications with the Maine Health Care Association for more than 20 years. She joins MBH after serving as the communications leader of an organization that representing more than 200 nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Maine, a role she has had since 2000.

Peter Guilfoyle

Northern Light Mercy Primary Care has hired Peter Guilfoyle as a physician assistant at Mercy’s primary care office in Falmouth.
Guilfoyle previously provided care in Mercy’s Gorham and Windham walk-in care offices.

Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte

Maine Community Bank has hired Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte as senior vice president, director of compliance. Turcotte, of Westbrook, brings 19 years of legal, compliance and risk management experience. Most recently, she worked at TD Bank and Androscoggin Bank.
She is a third term Westbrook City Councilor and currently serves as the first woman and immigrant president of the council.

Fay Saxby

The Tru Brit Realty Group of Saxby, Meek & Coward at Keller Williams Realty has hired sales agent Fay Saxby to the group. Saxby, of Buxton, spent the past 11 years at Maine Health Cardiology, where she worked as a cardiac device specialist. She and her husband acquired investment properties and manage 27 units. Through this process, she realized her passion for the real estate.

Northeast Credit Union has hired Kathy Hall as vice president of business development. Hall brings 27 years of financial industry experience to this newly added role.

Maria Hadjiyane

Maine Behavioral Healthcare has appointed Maria Hadjiyane, Ph.D., to the newly created role of chief operating officer.
Hadjiyane joined MBH in August 2020 as vice president of ambulatory services. In her new role as COO she will be responsible for the operations of all MBH facilities and programs, including Spring Harbor Hospital.

Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. announced the promotion of Esther Bizier to director of Main-Land Falmouth. Bizier, a native of Livermore, joined Main-Land as an intern during her study at the University of Maine at Orono. Following graduation, she joined the firm as a staff engineer, advancing client’s land projects throughout Maine. She has progressed projects of varied sizes for clients such as Hancock Lumber, Congdon’s Doughnuts, Moose Landing Marina, and Wolfe’s Neck Farm.

Alexander & Schmidt of Yarmouth has promoted John Natale to chief executive officer. Jim Schmidt, co-founder and current CEO, will serve as chairman and continue to play an active role in the business. Natale joined the firm as executive vice president of business development in May of 2018. Prior to joining A&S, he served as vice president–marketing for Concord Group Insurance Companies.

Barba + Wheelock Architecture has promoted Liz Reynolds to director of preservation and Tim Morrison to senior architect.

Liz Reynolds

Reynolds’ promotion recognizes her contributions to the firm’s leadership in historic preservation and design. Reynolds joined the firm in July 2021 and has helped produce fire suppression drawings for Acadia National Park gatehouses, and condition assessment reports for the Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath, and Pejepscot History Center in Brunswick.

Tim Morrison

Morrison’s contributions include his leadership as the Project Architect for the award-winning Broad Bay Congregational Church project. Morrison joined the firm in 2013 and has produced construction documents and led construction administration for many large projects including Broad Bay Congregational Church in Waldoboro and Bay Chamber Music School in Rockport.

Amy Weickert is a retired marketing executive for TDS with 30 years of experience raising awareness and driving change for both small businesses and large companies, primarily in the health care sector.
Alison Hark is a marketing professional for L.L. Bean, who most recently was responsible for new central business planning processes to fundamentally change the way the company operates.
Bill Sheils is a shareholder and director at Perkins Thompson in Portland, where he has practiced law for almost 30 years.
Magill Weber currently serves as deputy general counsel with Sequoia Consulting.
