Natalie Noel Hodgdon

GORHAM – Natalie Noel Hodgdon, 43, of Gorham, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 28, 2022. She was born in Portland on April 12, 1979.

Natalie worked with All Med, as a home care aide as well as a waitress at Rustlers. She took pride in her job and cared deeply for the families she worked with, and with the people she met through the restaurant. Natalie will be remembered for her big heart, beautiful smile and her contagious laugh.

She was a free spirit and loyal to everyone in her life. Her family and friends were very important to her, especially her daughter, Allie Jane. Natalie loved everyone and was very accepting of all walks of life. She was not afraid to speak her mind when she needed to, but always respectful and caring to those around her.

Natalie had a green thumb, enjoyed painting, knitting and trusted in the protection that the Evil Eye symbol gave her, often wearing it as jewelry.

Natalie is survived by her daughter, Allie Jane; mother, Mary Jane, and her husband, Jerry Strumph; father, Alan, and his wife, Dorothy Hodgdon; sister, Misty Hodgdon; aunts and uncles Patty and David Green, Tammy and Larry Winslow, Heather and Laurant Tonnellier, Brenda True, Linda Coffin, Kerm and Connie Hodgdon, Richard Hodgdon, Sandra and Bruce McClellen; grandmother, Mary Lou Strumph; and many cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her loving grandparents, Sonny and Marion Coutts, Kermit and Teresa Hodgdon and Gerald Strumph, Sr.

Visitation will be held at Dolby, Blais, Segee Funeral Home, 434 River Rd., Windham, on Friday, Sept. 2 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a service starting at 3 p.m.
