Sevee & Maher Engineers has hired Thomas Neilson as a senior geologist. Neilson brings more than 10 years of experience performing geologic and hydrogeologic assessments for drinking water supply, environmental site investigation and site remediation projects.

Peter Mohlin

Peter Mohlin, an environmental compliance specialist, also joined the firm. Mohlin is a project manager with over 12 years of diverse experience in civil engineering, environmental regulatory compliance, reporting, permitting, licensing, remediation and human health and safety.

Joshua Randlett

Cross Insurance has hired Joshua Randlett as vice president – corporate counsel based at its headquarters in Bangor. Randlett, of Hampden, previously worked as a judge in the Maine District Court system. Prior to that, he was a partner at the Rudman Winchell law firm in Bangor.

Jason Rosenberg

Maine Behavioral Healthcare announced that Jason Rosenburg will assume the role of chief nursing officer. Rosenberg will be transitioning from his current role as director of inpatient services at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway, a position he assumed in 2019. As CNO, Rosenberg will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care, treatment and services throughout Maine Behavioral Healthcare, including Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook.

Maryann Hoff

The MEMIC Group has named Maryann Hoff as its new vice president of loss control and safety. Hoff, a 17-year insurance industry veteran, comes to MEMIC from Safety National Casualty Corp., where she served as managing director of client engagement. Her previous experience includes time with major national carriers and workers’ compensation specialty companies.

Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital welcomed new providers to its urology and pediatric practices. John Califano, MD and Seyward Robbins, PA-C both recently joined Maine Coast.

Dr. Califano has over 12 years of urology experience after completing medical school and a surgical/urology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Seyward Robbins is a physician assistant who joined the pediatric care team. Robbins brings 11 years of family medicine, adult and pediatric urgent, and general pediatric care experience.

Bill Martel

William “Bill” Martel was promoted to executive vice president and chief technology officer at Camden National Bank. Martel has been part of the executive leadership team since 2020 as executive vice president of technology and support services. Prior to joining Camden National Bank, Martel served as head of operations technology for Santander U.S. in Boston, leading its banking operation’s technology transformation.

Caitlin Jones

UScellular has promoted Caitlin Jones to manager of the store, 95 Rock Row in Westbrook. Jones, of Waterboro, brings more than 16 years of wireless experience to her role. She joined UScellular in 2006 and most recently served as a store manager for UScellular at the company’s Tilton, New Hampshire, store.

Megan Southard

UScellular also promoted Megan Southard to assistant manager for its Westbrook, Scarborough and South Portland stores. Southard, of Naples, joined UScellular in 2017 and most recently served as a retail wireless consultant for UScellular at the company’s Scarborough store.

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center was recently accredited as a Center of Excellence in Hernia Surgery and a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corp. Three specialists Daniel Hetherman, MD, Matthew Sharbaugh, DO and Michelle Toder, MD earned a surgeon of excellence in robotic surgery designation. Daniel Hetherman, MD and Matthew Sharbaugh, DO achieved surgeon of excellence in hernia surgery.

GENERAL
Shannon Kinney, founder and client success officer of Dream Local Digital, was elected to serve as a corporator for Bangor Savings Bank by its board. She is one of the few Midcoast Maine business owners voted in to represent the region.
