The stakes are high. The Nov. 8 election is not just about who will serve in Augusta, but also about our core values and our vision for the future of our American democracy. It is about the rule of law, environmental protections, access to reproductive health care and educational and economic opportunity for all.
To represent these interests, we need thoughtful, engaged and responsible stewards of democracy. For these reasons, I support Rep. Teresa Pierce for Maine Senate District 25 and Falmouth Town Councilor Amy Kuhn for House District 11. Both are collaborative and experienced leaders with vision and integrity. They will promote educational excellence, economic growth, protect Maine’s natural environment, preserve access to health care and safeguard our voting rights and election integrity.
Please make your vote count for democracy and join me in voting for Democrats Teresa Pierce and Amy Kuhn.
