BIDDEFORD — Youngsters who are registered will be able to shop for a gift for up to four adults who are special in their lives from 9 a.m. to noon on Dec. 10 at Second Congregational Church, 19 Crescent St. in Biddeford.

The event has been ongoing for the past several years — though there was a hiatus during COVID — and includes a pancake breakfast 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. that day. Because of the high numbers of those who take part, the church uses a reservation system. Those who arrive without a reservation will be given the first available time, organizers say, and there will be entertainment for those who are waiting for their children to shop, or for breakfast.

The church is also looking for volunteers to help.

For more information about registering or to volunteer, call the church at 284-7898 or email: kidschristmasshopping@gmail.com
