I would like to express my gratitude to the people of Maine Senate District 32 – Arundel, Biddeford, Dayton, Hollis and Lyman – for electing me to be their next state senator. I am honored and humbled by the opportunity to serve them and the entire state of Maine.

I started my campaign over 11 months ago because I hoped this would be an opportunity to meet as many of my future constituents as possible. I got my wish and met so many wonderful people. I was able to listen to voters’ concerns and I’m looking forward to being a strong voice for the issues they spoke to me about: the high cost of home heating fuel, affordable and available housing, quality public education, climate change, and the right to clean water, air and food for all. Mainers, young and old, have expressed to me how much they love our community, and how they want to be able to afford to live and work here. They have given me an awesome responsibility to act on these issues we all face, and I will do my best.
