It seems that the railroad workers are being chastised for using their right to strike, which is granted by their collective bargaining agreement. No Congress has the right to interfere, no matter what the outcome is.

Marty Walsh is the appointed labor secretary and has remained silent on the issue. Marty has been representing the ironworkers local union in Boston and has been a voice for organized labor for many years. Except, on this occasion, he has remained silent. He let the secretary of transportation, Pete Buttigieg, take the heat.

Shame on Marty for his lack of support of a major labor issue. Could he have political dreams of the future? Well, he blew it all by his not showing up for the fight.
