Elizabeth Lydia Bodner is scheduled for an Author Talk at the South Portland Public Library on March 4 at 2 p.m.

Bodner will visit to discuss her historical fiction book, “Unforgettable: Ages on End.” The novel is about three generations of the Corrigan family as their lives change over the second half of the 20th century, culminating in the youngest member balancing secrets and ambition.

Bodner has also written the books, “Seven Women in Maine,” “Equilibrium,” and “Uncompromising: Family Style.”

Author Talks are a series organized by the library’s Marie Plouffe. The series has run for the past six years and features local authors. The writers visit the library and usually talk about their most recent work, read from their books, talk about the creative processes, and often end with a question-and-answer session. Books are usually available for purchase at the sessions.
