Paul Musgrove

Town & Country Federal Credit Union has added two members to its executive team with the hiring of Paul Musgrove as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer, and the promotion of Michael Jackson to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief innovation officer. Musgrove brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to his position, including nearly 20 years as a chief financial officer at various financial institutions. Prior to joining Town & Country, he served as the CFO of a $1.2 billion Massachusetts-based community bank. Jackson has more than 15 years of experience at Town & Country FCU, working in a variety of roles, with a focus in e-commerce, digital banking, project management, strategy, and innovation. Most recently, he served as the director of strategic initiatives.

Susan Sawicki has joined Malone Commercial Brokers in Portland as an executive assistant. She brings experience in real estate and real estate law transactions, beginning in 2011 as the operations manager for a highly successful residential real estate firm in Virginia, where she still holds a real estate license. More recently, she worked in the real estate group of a large Maine law firm.

Kent Grimes has been appointed the new head of underwriting for Prudential’s Group Insurance Business. In his role, Grimes will be responsible for leading efforts to modernize underwriting processes and the underlying technology.

Aaren James

Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader has hired Aaren James at the firm’s Auburn location. James attended Lyndon Institute in Vermont, and earned a degree in radio communications/marketing from Lyndon State College. He later umpired professional baseball, then returned to a career in radio marketing. Since then, he has served in the hospitality industry, including working at The Mount Washington Hotel and owning a craft pizza restaurant.

Wai-Houng Leung

Wai-Houng Leung, a health care and information technology professional, has been promoted to chief information officer of InterMed P.A., a large Portland-based medical practice. He joined InterMed in 2020 as director of information technology, and since then has worked to advance new security standards protecting against cyber threats. Leung has more than 20 years’ experience in information technology and 15 years in health care.

Sebago Technics, a South Portland-based, employee-owned engineering collective, has promoted eight members of its 120-person team throughout northern New England. The newly advanced employees are:

Brian Williams, project surveyor, who joined Sebago in 2017 and previously was a geomatics field services lead;
John Claytor, survey CADD coordinator, who was hired as a senior surveyor and has 10 years of experience in the field;
Scott Morneau, senior survey technician/field systems coordinator, who was hired in 2015 and worked as a survey field systems coordinator;
Mike Celeste, senior surveyor, who has been with the company since 2017 and has led work in all its survey service areas;
Oscar Keydel, senior surveyor, who was hired in 2020 and has led field crews on a wide variety of survey projects;
Brian Cook, senior surveyor, who joined Sebago in 2021;
Alex Jakubowski, surveyor/survey construction services coordinator, who joined in 2019; and
Tarah Doh, surveyor, who was hired in 2022 as a survey technician, after completing service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Marci Murphy

The Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland has appointed Marci Murphy to its board of directors. Murphy brings 15 years of experience in various local and national nonprofits. She is a board member of Chickadeeds, and an advisory member of the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine.
