Portland-based app designer Justin Velgos launched the Instagram page and app in March of 2021.

Every post features a mouth-watering photo of food from a truck that Velgos has visited.

Scrolling through the account’s hundreds of photos is a testament to how rich and diverse the Portland food truck community is.
