As we head through the primaries and later into the November elections, we must consider our choices on reproductive rights.

Note that those who run for office against abortion are often the same “antiregulation” people who vote against child care, maternal health care, free school lunches, school and education funding, and parental leave, along with birth control and emergency contraception.

Many support government oversight of pregnancy. These same candidates want to control half the population’s reproductive systems while they rail against “big government.”
