Hires, promotions, appointments
Jonathan Diggs was appointed finance director of Reveler Development, a real estate investment, development, construction and management company based in Portland. Diggs was most recently a senior financial officer for the Indirect Consumer Lending portfolio at Truist Financial.
Paul Drinan was hired as active transportation director for the Bicycle Coalition of Maine. He is a is a founder of Vision Zero Maine and was recently executive director of Friends of Fort Gorges.
Keller Williams Realty hired 10 new agents in May: Ligaya Alkulana Atwood, Jesse Brooks, Kristen Bruni, Emily Colson, Joe Hausler and Erica Paulette of the Legacy Group, Aleyah Mahoney, Miles Mixer, Sarah Oliveira and Vanessa Segien.
Recognition
Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers was awarded Realtor of the Year by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. She has been a broker since 2007 and with Malone since 2018.
Eight businesses in Maine were given awards from SCORE, a national nonprofit connecting entrepreneurs with mentors. Among the recipients are Adam Woodfin, founder of Rum Runners, who earned the Successful Hospitality Business Award; Alain Icoyitungiye, founder of Urugo Residential Services, the Successful Health Care Business Award; and Cynthia Flores, owner of Labor-Movement, the Successful Mobile Business Award.
