Maine Audubon has been dedicated to conserving Maine’s wildlife and wildlife habitats since 1843.
It achieves this through education, conservation and action.
One of the ways the Maine Audubon shares its message is through its Instagram account, where you’ll see vivid photos of wildlife like piping plovers, loons and turtles, along with shots that capture where they live.
Maine Audubon also shares information about events, including nature walks, plant sales and art exhibits.
Along with its primary Instagram page, Maine Audubon runs a secondary account during the summer to highlight its coastal birds project. Follow along at instagram.com/mainecoastalbirdsproject. This page is used to spread the world about safely sharing the shore with wildlife.
