A 40-year-old Portland man was arrested and charged with reckless conduct after police say he fired a weapon following an altercation with another person.

Police responded shortly after 7 a.m. Friday to a residence on 355 Woodford St., near the intersection with Stevens Avenue. After speaking with witnesses, detectives concluded that Chi Ho had discharged a firearm at that location after arguing with someone.

Ho was arrested and charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony. No one was hurt.
