Writer, comic, actor and part-time Maine resident John Hodgman, fresh off a Maine Voices Live interview, is returning to the State Theatre in Portland on Nov. 7.
Judge John Hodgman: Road Court! features Hodgman as a judge of inane disagreements and with his friend Jesse Thorn as bailiff. The traveling show is a live version of their long-running podcast.
The show is a fusion of comedy, pop culture and, best of all, fake (and hilarious) legal wisdom.
Hodgman and Thorn will be hearing cases in front of a live audience, and if you’ve got a doozie that you’d like them to considering settling on stage, submit it at maximumfun.org/jjho.
Tickets are $30, $35 for reserved seats. Get them at statetheatreportland.com.
