Zoe Dries had three goals, all assisted by Grace Joly, as Windham built a three-goal halftime lead and held off Scarborough for a 4-3 victory Monday in an SMAA field hockey game at Windham.
Zocia LaWind added a goal from Ava Gerrity for Windham (4-1), which led 4-1 at the half.
Ruby Weidner, Sabrina Ocampo and Cassie Niles scored for Scarborough (3-3)
BIDDEFORD 10, PORTLAND/DEERING 0: Ayla Lagasse had two goals and five assists, including her program record-setting 53rd, to pace the Tigers (6-1) past the Bulldogs (0-7) at Portland.
Mia Mariello scored twice for Biddeford, which also got goals from Hannah Loranger, Kayla Magnant, Ella Labbe, Addison Barrs, Cordelia Kane and Anna Johnson.
Emma Walsh turned aside 30 shots for Portland/Deering.
GREELY 1, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Helen Zimmerman’s goal two minutes into overtime gave Greely (3-6) a victory against Cape Elizabeth (0-6) at Cumberland.
Evelyn Stewart assisted on the goal for the Rangers, who got three saves from Mya Vickerson.
GORHAM 3, THORNTON ACADEMY 0: Abby Chamberlin opened the scoring from Grace Cunningham and Payson Plummer finished off a feed from Annabelle Collier 30 seconds later as the Rams (5-2) took a 2-0 lead in the first quarter and beat the Golden Trojans (3-3-1) at Gorham.
Plummer scored on a rebound to close the scoring in the fourth quarter.
FALMOUTH 3, MARSHWOOD 2: The Navigators (5-3) received goals from Jaelyn Meader, Lux Dugan and Lily Young to top the Hawks (1-7) at Falmouth.
Hazel Stout and Lauryn Gobbi scored for Marshwood.
SANFORD 4, SOUTH PORTLAND/WESTBROOK 1: Ali Long scored three goals as the Spartans (4-2) cruised past the Red Riots (3-3-1) at Sanford.
Miah Mondor added a goal, Hailey Payeur had a pair of assists and Zoey McCann added another for Sanford.
Vivian Lolar recorded 22 saves for South Portland/Westbrook.
BOYS’ SOCCER
MARSHWOOD 2, BIDDEFORD 1: Sev Tay and Jake Bailey scored in the first half for the Hawks (5-3), who went to defeat the Tigers (4-4) at South Berwick.
Orrin Culp Dechant made seven saves for the Hawks. Biddeford scored on a late penalty kick.
GIRLS’ SOCCER
OLD ORCHARD BEACH 6, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Tessa Ferguson and Lea Alivizatos had two goals apiece for the Seagulls (3-6), who built a 5-0 halftime lead and shut out the Hawks (0-7) at Old Orchard Beach.
Chloe Drown and Emmaline Ellison each chipped in a goal for Old Orchard Beach, while Lily Albair, Kamryn Arey and Lexi Sweeney were credited with assists.
