Josh Nadeau scored just 1:10 into the game, Harrison Scott and Charlie Russell each had a goal and two assists, and the University of Maine extended its unbeaten streak to six games Friday night with a 5-0 win over Merrimack in a Hockey East game at Alfond Arena.
Maine goalie Albin Boija needed just 15 saves for his second shutout of the season. Thomas Freel and Lynden Breen were the other goal scorers for the seventh-ranked Black Bears (5-0-1, 2-0-1 Hockey East).
