Cody Cobb, Winthrop/Monmouth/Hall-Dale/Kents Hill: Ran for four touchdowns and gained 172 yards on 16 carries in 36-6 D South semifinal win over Dirigo. Also recovered a fumble and was in on 14 tackles.
Landon Daigle, Leavitt: Intercepted two passes, returning one in the fourth quarter to extend the Hornets’ lead from one point to seven, and caught a 19-yard touchdown pass in 27-20 C South semifinal win over Cape Elizabeth.
Liem Fortin, Winslow: Ran for 330 yards and two touchdowns Saturday in a 56-34 D North semifinal victory over John Bapst.
Hassan Hobbi, Winslow: Complemented Fortin’s monster game with 207 yards rushing and two touchdowns for the Black Raiders.
Kyle Johnson, Bangor: Ran for three touchdowns to lift the Rams to a 22-14 A North semifinal win over Lewiston. He finished with 78 yards on 16 carries.
Tavian Lauture, Deering: Helped the Rams return to their first regional final since 2010 by kicking two field goals (23, 35 yards) and running in a 2-point conversion while throwing for 78 yards and rushing for 53 yards on 15 carries in 21-0 B South semifinal win over Massabesic.
Carter Rivers, Winthrop/Monmouth/Hall-Dale/Kents Hill: Rushed for 173 yards and scored a touchdown on 17 carries to help the Ramblers beat Dirigo and earn a spot in the D South final.
Parker Sperry, Windham: The sophomore ran for 187 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries in the Eagles’ A South semifinal loss to Portland.
Louis Thurston, Portland: Ran for two touchdowns, including a 41-yard scamper, and a team-high 171 yards and threw a TD pass as the Bulldogs beat Windham 42-14 in the A North semifinals.
