Goaltender Drew Johnson and forward Brady Pecora of Class A finalist Thornton Academy are among eight semifinalists for the Travis Roy Award, given to Maine’s top senior Class A hockey player.
Falmouth also has two semifinalists: defenseman Jack Turgeon and goalie Brandon White. The other semifinalists are forward Marc-Andre Perron of Bangor, defenseman Wyatt Labonte of the Biddeford co-op team, forward Andrew Clements of Edward Little and forward Sam Foley of the Windham co-op team.
The finalists will be announced Tuesday, and the winner will be honored at the Class A hockey banquet on March 22 in Brunswick.
