I was very disappointed to see Steve Meyers’ March 30 editorial page cartoon regarding Gov. Mills. The cartoon insulted many of the citizens of Maine, as well as poking fun at Mainers who have faced educational challenges. The cartoon did nothing to clarify legitimate concerns and certainly did not contribute to the creation of a more civil society.
