ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Kenneth J. LeBlanc, 75, died March 12, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Fla. He was born in Burlington, Vt., to Arthur C. and Barbara L. LeBlanc. He graduated from Thornton Academy in 1968, and went on to earn a BS degree in geology at the University of Maine Orono in 1972.
The majority of his career was in engineering for ITT Rule in Gloucester, Mass. He was passionate in the art of photography. He also achieved the level of third degree black belt in karate. He spent his summer vacations traveling through the Caribbean with his close friends. He moved to Florida after retirement where he continued to create beautiful photographs.
He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Barbara LeBlanc of Saco.
Sister Alicia LeBlanc Boyne Schofield, Arthur LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc and David LeBlanc. He is survived by his sisters, Joan Beaulieu of St. Petersburg, Fla., Julie Briggeman of N Waterboro, and brother Paul LeBlanc of Saco. Also, many neices and nephews in the Biddeford/Saco area.
There will be a private memorial for family and friends this summer in Gloucester, Mass.
