Bruce Ralph Cribby
PORTLAND – Bruce Ralph Cribby, 67, of Portland, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 23, 2025.
He was born on July 13, 1958, in Portland, the son of Ralph Burton and Betty Ruth (Harmon) Cribby.
Bruce dedicated 26 years of service to the South Portland School Department as a school bus driver, a role he took great pride in and continued to hold up until his passing. He was known for his warm presence, reliability, and genuine care for the students and families he served over the years.
Bruce is survived by his two sons, Casey and his fiancée Sarah, and Corey and his wife JP; his three grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life; his sister, Cynthia Blodgett of South Portland, and his brothers David Cribby of South Portland and Dan and his wife Karen Cribby. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew him.
The family invites relatives and friends to a time of visitation on Dec. 6, from 1 to 3 p.m., immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at 3 p.m., at Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
