BIDDEFORD POOL – Jean Plourde, 84, passed away on Dec. 16, 2025, in South Portland. Jean was born on Dec. 9, 1941, in Hartland, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Grace (Davis) Woodman.
Jean grew up in Hartland, graduating from Hartland Academy in 1959. She went on to purse her education at UMF, graduating in 1963. She was a teacher and went on to work for the State of Maine.
Jean was predeceased by her last husband.
She is survived by her cousins, Florence Grignon of St. Albans, Debra Nurray of Newport, and Linda Witman of Carthage, N.C.
Jean will be laid to rest in the Spring of 2026 with her parents at Pine Grove Cemetery, Hartland.
