E. Clinton Plummer
NAPLES – Life-long Naples resident, E. Clinton Plummer, left this life on Feb. 13, 2026. Clint was known, respected, and loved by many and will be missed dearly.
Born on May 22, 1934, to Elmer and Bessie Plummer, he attended Naples schools.
He worked for Lane Construction building the New York State Thruway beside his father and later worked for Burnham Brothers as an equipment operator. He was a second-generation fire chief, road commissioner, and was a founding member of Cornerstone Gospel Church, all in Naples. He founded and operated P&K Sand and Gravel, Inc. in 1970 and was deeply proud he could provide jobs for families in the local area. He was a mentor for many starting out in business and was a dad to countless others. He had an unmatched work ethic, was strong in his faith, and a man of his word.
