Selectmen are to hear an annual progress report from the entity responsible for redevelopment of the Brunswick Naval Air Station tonight, as well as to review results of the June 12 annual Town Meeting.

The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. at the Coombs Municipal Building.

The board is meeting with officials of the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority, as it does annually, to hear updates on the redevelopment of Brunswick Naval Air Station, which closed as a military instillation in 2011.

Selectmen also will consider a request of $3,000 from the Bowdoinham Community Development Initiative, a community group raising capital stimulate local enterprises to create jobs and facilitate collaboration among for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors.

The board will also review its meeting schedule for the rest of 2013, consider confirmation of the town manager’s appointments for fiscal year 2014, consider a property tax abatement and consider action requested by the code enforcement officer regarding a malfunctioning septic system at 212 Carding Machine Road.
