Janitor
The Portland Press Herald is looking for a full-time janitor.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing common areas in the facility
- Removal of waste and recycling
- Assist with groundskeeping as needed
- Sweeping and carpet cleaning of designated areas within the facility
Our ideal candidate has:
- Prior janitorial experience
- Understanding of all safety procedures, including LOTO and hazard communication
- Good time management
- Ability to work evenings
