Office Assistant (Part-Time) – Mainely Media

Mainely Media in Biddeford is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to work 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Entering customer payments over the phone and in-person
  • Assisting the sales department with ad entry
  • Scanning and sending invoices
  • Daily trips to the post office

Our Ideal Candidate has:

  • Previous front desk or administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
