Franklin Street traffic

Traffic is backed up Friday morning at the intersection Franklin Street and Marginal Way. In a bid to ease congestion at the busy Interstate 295 interchange, the city is equipping traffic signals on Franklin Street with sensors that will assess traffic conditions and adjust the timing and coordination of the stoplights.
