More changes in Maine's school funding for 2017-2018

The Maine Department of Education has released its final numbers for school funding for 2017-18 for each school district, based on the budget passed by the Maine Legislature earlier this month.

Funding levels generally increased over projections from earlier this spring, however, several districts, like Scarborough and RSU 10, will still see significant declines in funding compared to the 2016-2017 school year.

Districts marked with an "*" indicate charter schools. Districts marked "**" indicate virtual charter schools.
