Portland tax rates and valuation, 2008 - 2015

Portland's property tax rate would rise 3 percent next fiscal year under the approved budget proposal. The total value of all taxable property in Portland rose by $87 million between fiscal years 2014 and 2015 thanks, in large part, to several large hotel projects.
