    Parade Grand Marshall Travis Mills waves Thursday with a prosthetic hand and jokes with spectators about having forgotten to bring the other arm during the annual Independence Day parade on State Street in Augusta. The parade started on Capital Street, turned onto to State Street and onto Water Street at the Memorial Circle into downtown. It finished at Old Fort Western on the banks of the Kennebec River.
