Volunteers work on completing a structure at the Windsor Fairgrounds that will eventually be used as a sawmill.

Windsor Historical Society volunteers erected a 1910 windmill by crane Saturday at the Windsor Fair Grounds. The windmill was formerly used by the Weeks Mills Waterworks.

Kurtis Biggs, of Augusta, left, shovels dirt into holes at the base of a windmill installed Saturday at the Windsor Fairgrounds. Biggs, a volunteer with the Windsor Historical Society, is the coordinator of the project. He is joined by Tyler Young of Augusta.
