Richard Diekema works on the drivetrain of a late-model Yamaha snowmobile at Reynolds Motorsports in Buxton. Diekema says, " I work on everything here including the boss's truck. No job is the same, from snowmobiles to generators to motorcycles and ATVs."
Diekema has 29 years of service at Reynolds and works on all kinds of recreational vehicles.

Diekema opens the door for another technician after a test ride to complete the repair of a snowmobile. "My favorite part of the job is repairing anything bumper to bumper and working for a great family," Diekema says. "I really enjoy it."
