Primary election voting in Kennebunk and Scarborough

Kennebunk Town Clerk Merton Brown talks with Vicki Adams at the entrance to the polls at Kennebunk Town Hall on Tuesday. Brown said the town has a large number of unenrolled voters, about 4,100, and that he was letting voters know at the entrance that if they are unenrolled, they could not vote in the gubernatorial primary races unless they changed their unenrolled status to a party affiliation.
