Frank Simone holds the first fish caught at the first Reel Recovery retreat held in Maine. It is one of more than 30 such retreats devoted to providing emotional and psychological support to men battling cancer held around the country. Simone of xxx , Massachusetts, caught the salmon in Grand Lake Stream during the retreat on Oct. 7 to 9.
