Biddeford Planning Board approves redevelopment of part of former MERC site
Plans include an 85-unit mixed use residential and commercial structure, a second building containing as many as 129-unit residential units, and a two-story structure proposed to be the location of a couple of restaurants. These will be situated on about two acres of the former MERC property.
