Due to term limits, I could only serve two consecutive terms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e44e021b wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-4-font-size\">Top three priorities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-left is-style-short-red\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. The town needs to be more welcoming to businesses. There are too many unneeded requirements that stifle new business development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Food insecurity <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Making town government as efficient as possible and communicating to our citizens so there is transparency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e44e021b wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-4-font-size\">Why are you running?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-left is-style-short-red\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my prior service to the town, I was the voice of reason. I had no personal agenda, as it appears some have had in the past. I have always been business-friendly and fiscally responsible to keep our millage rate as low as possible while still having quality town services. My decisions have always taken into consideration the residents of Standish and how they affect them financially.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e44e021b wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-4-font-size\">What is the biggest challenge facing your community? Why or why not?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-left is-style-short-red\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residential housing developments need to be monitored; too many housing units too fast could put a financial burden on town services and the school system.
