Top three priorities

1) Ensure our public servants feel supported and are able to safely do their jobs.

2) Work with the school board to ensure the primary focus of their policies is to support the development and education of our children.

3) Develop and revise policies that promote safety and growth within our community.

Why are you running?

I want to help make a positive difference for the town. I have three children and want them to be proud of the town they are growing up in, and I want them to see the importance of serving others to create an environment where everyone in town feels heard.

What is the biggest challenge facing your community? The biggest opportunity?

The biggest challenge is ensuring that all residents are heard and ensuring that, even with difficult conversations or disagreements on policy, there is a mutual respect and we are all engaged in intellectually honest discussions. I feel like the town has a real opportunity to continue to grow and be an amazing place to raise a family while also having the economic opportunity to support thriving local businesses.

If you could change one thing about how your community functions, what would it be and why?

I would like to see the town communicate its goals and strategies with residents and to better market forums for locals to make their voices heard.

Do you support more development in your community? Why or why not?

I support thoughtful development. It should be carried out in a way that enhances the town’s existing character and continues to showcase our history and New England charm.
